I used to love Amazon, but they have become an overpriced bully. I placed an order for a projector screen that was on prime, it said 5 to 7 days for shipping, they shipped the item via freight/trucking company.
After 2 days of it sitting on the loading dock and they stated that CEVA would call to set up schedule, I called them.. they were like oh yeah.. So we scheduled a delivery date of 4/15/21,, 9am til 4pm,, someone 18 has to be home.. OMG..
Well I waited till 5pm still no truck.. I called and called and called no answer.. I had amazon call, they had a different number so they got a hold of someone and they said it 100% will still be delivered by 7:30 pm they are running late. Now it's 8pm and I called Scamazon back, and they said they are closed.
They will call back in the morning. So entire day gone and no item. Next day CEVA said they would deliver on Monday. Not Friday but again Monday.
So here it is Monday and they said they would deliver it if they get to it. WHAT.. And Amazon is ok with this!!! I asked for Amazon to make this right and they refused to do anything.
Here I spend 10's of thousands of dollars a year and they don't care. People we need to wake up as we are making these company's giants.
We need to start shopping local or mom and pop's. Better customer service for sure.
