I am the loyal customer of amazon who believes that amazon gives best services and its prime aim is customer satisfaction.

But recent incidences changed my views about amazon ,not only it frustrated me by sending wrong products many times but also had a bad experience talking with one of your executive from customer relation 'mr SATISH' who denied what i was asking for that is also fine but the main concern is he told me that he cannot assure me that in future it will not happen and these are his words 'CAN'T STOP REOCCURING IN FUTURE' If world renowned company Amazon's employee says this words what does it mean ? if i order something from amazon and wrong item is delivered amazon is not responsible. GREAT!!! its not good for its reputation , he gave me the wrong information also at first said that my case was escalated on 4th may but actually on 2nd may and gave me some rubish reasons for it.

Wrong products sent were

Order no 403-7111876-1454730 on 29 th april

Sent me different brand jeans

Order no 403-0244189-6337907 on 15 th april

Sent me different , used and altered jeans

Order no 404-8040680-2397952 on 24 th march

Sent me different size

I hope that amzon will look into this matter

And do the needful
