We received the bunk bed and 2 extra parts that should have been 2 other parts so we were missing parts and it was horrible trying to get a hold of someone and than when we finally got a hold of someone it was horrible could not understand him and than he said we have to try a purchase some kind of gift card of some sort it was weird and I finally hung up him , him and I were getting no where and than it probably took an hour to finally talk to someone and was not happy I had Grandchildren coming and really needed to get it set up before they got here and that didnt happen , when you pay good money for something and have part of it together and have to stop and than it took well over an hour to finally talk to someone after trying over and over and than spent 25 minutes talking to someone that does not have a clue and not able to have beds set up for my Grandchildren for when they got here , bad so bad
