We got a package delivered by USPS via Amazon Prime that was for a different address. We called Amazon to try to get them to call USPS to pick it up and redeliver it.
Their response was (this is close to a quotation) to throw it away or donate it and let the customer eventually complain. They didn't want to know the customer's name nor the order number on the box when I offered it to them.
They didn't want to track it or try to contact the post office. I'm not sure why you want at least 100 words but this last sentence should meet that criterion.
This reviewer shared experience about problem with delivery and wants this business to read this review and look into the issue (if any). The author is overall dissatisfied with Amazon. Reviewer wants customer support to reach out to him or her ASAP for further discussion of this matter.
