Why do they need a building access code to deliver a GIFT CERTIFICATE? I ordered a movie gc for a relative as I have in years previous where it was emailed or mailed to them.
This year, I get a message that the Amazon delivery guy wants the BUILDING ACCESS code to the condo building. That's ridiculous.
Not only do I not know it but that's the kind of information you don't want to hand out to total strangers in a crowded city like SF. I provided them the address to mail the gift certificate, not send a delivery man into a private residential building!
