Amazon Prime: "Get this item by..... " HA! Fooled ya!
Amazon prime is NOT what it used to be. Clearly stated below an ad: Get this item by Thursday if you order before..... Then you order, and what shows up??!! Your order is guaranteed by Thursday xx- Friday XX. Uh? WTF !! Im Leaving Thursday and want the part when I specified! Otherwise Id NOT Order it!! Jerks. Bait and Switch !! If they would Just SAY you'll get it No later than Friday, but hopefully Thursday, That would be honest! its assumed that *** happens in shipping, but now Amazon prime "expedited" service is a Week! and two days, could be 5 days, as they are now taking up to 3 days to Just ship the order! HOW is that 2 day service??!!!! Bait and Switch is very clear, too, when your order details get switched in the delivery date.

AMAZON.COM SUCKS! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
I had an incredibly exhausting and frustrating experience with Amazon. I will shop from Walmart and other online retailers from now on. When I placed my order, there was no message of a delayed availability of the product. I was not communicated of the delay either. I had to go on line to check on delivery status. Then, when I made the query to customer service, I was given a standard template for delay policy. Trying to coverup after the fact doesn't help! And when I called to complain, they offered to price match and to pay the difference for me to go find alternatives locally which puts the ownership and the work on me to resolve. And when I asked for Amazon to offer alternatives, options were put into my cart to select from. Great, except when I decided on an item that was cheaper at Walmart, I'm told Amazon doesn't do price matching and that the rep that told me that would be reprimanded and by the way, here's $10 for your trouble. Really? I've been a customer for over 10 years and that was offered? It's not my issue that Amazon has internal communication issue. And when I asked to talk to a 'supervisor,' it doesn't help to talk to a kid who tries to nickle and dime me for the cost difference of $40 for a replacement item. Ridiculous. Amazon just lost a long term Prime customer.

The merchant sent an email that the product was shipped.I received confirmation of shipment via email through Amazon.com. On the late afternoon, on the very last day of the estimated delivery period, I received an email stating the shipment was cancelled. I had no idea why it was cancelled. It was very upsetting because I kept trying to track the package, but tracking was unavailable because it was sent through the USPS.I thought I accidentally clicked on something that cancelled the order. I had to visit "Amazon.com>My Account>Merchant-Customer emails>" to discover that a message was posted earlier that they were out of the product and they suggested an alternative. If I didn't respond after a few days they would cancel the order. I never saw it, but this does not make the email go away that stated my product was shipped. The order was cancelled and they are claiming I will be refunded.
I ordered a computer from amazon and Nothing ever came. When I contacted them to get a refund I was given the run around. I then contacted my credit card company and they stated that Amazon claimed that I had received the computer and would not reverse the charge. I...
Undesired Marketplace/Seller account charges for 1 year+ without support
I never ever signed up for a Marketplace account for which there is no possible way to talk to a human at Amazon to opt-out. I thought I was reimbursed by the bank when I complained to them, but it was only for 1 month out of the 12+ that I've been paying for, something like $40/month!!! I NEVER used these so-called services, never opted-in and only tried calling, chatting and emailing them 20 times with no success due to their automated system and browser incompatibility. I need help to get back what they've been sucking me dry for because I have been getting stomped on all over, with so many *** products and accounts being offered that Amazon itself cant keep up with its broken promises, non-stop problems and automated charges that should be ILLEGAL. This is no good for a billion + dollar multinational corporation.
2 day delivery...BALONEY!!!
I have been an Amazon Prime member for many years. My paid membership entitles me to 2 day delivery. TO MY DOOR. Up until recently I have been very happy with Amazon. Now they are delivering most of my packages via FedEx Smart Post, which means the items are delivered to the post office, not my home. The problem is I do not have US Mail delivery to my home. Therefore when Amazon sends items via FedEx Smart Post, this adds an average of 2 to 4 additional days to the delivery time, because the post office doesn't know what to do with it since I don't have US Mail delivery to my home. This also means I have to drive 10 miles one way to the post office to pick up my package. I have complained. Even though they could ship my packages via UPS or the normal Fed Ex services as they did in the past, they refuse to help me. Their attitude is "tough cookies" basically. After that, I asked in my email correspondence to speak with a supervisor or manager, and was told the matter was finished. How is this decent customer service?
