My daughter accidentally opened a prime account on her phone. I seen the charge on my credit card.so i asked to look at the account so i could cancel it and she said it was cancelled. Although its still on my credit card as a reacurring charge

I am having trouble paying for an order that I put in and your system says that my cards are not working. I called the banks and yes my cards are working and good. So there is something wrong with you system. Please contact me so I can pay the bill $102.

User's recommendation: Don't take Amazons word that its your fault about the problem you are having with trying to pay a bill. Amazon needs to improve there customer service in every way. with anything. When you have tried every card and tried to get a hold of them then I can see that need to do emprovments on their entire order system.

I was charged as a Amazon Prime member when I am not one.

On July 7 2019 I was charged the Amazon Prime membership fee, when I am not a member. I even went so far as to check online right after the transaction. When I contacted someone on their customers service line, they informed me it would take 3 to 5 business days to correct a $13.09 mistake this billion dollar business made. When they had no trouble withdrawing the funds from my account right away.

Amazon Fresh-You now have to spend $299 to use Amazon Fresh. I use it about four times a year. Who in their right mind would pay $300 a year to have groceries delivered four times? There is no way to opt out. Other grocery delivery places charge $10 per delivery unless you order over a certain amount. I spent 2 1/2 hours navigating their site only to find out at checkout that I had no choice but to cancel the order or sign up get my groceries and cancel. It took me another hour to reach someone as I originally thought due to their advertisement that this was some sort of add-on to Prime Now that allowed you to pick a set # of items you usually have to restock weekly and have it delivered. Imagine my surprise when I found out it was actually more of a delivery fee. I'm already a member of Prime and am growing more discontented with it as the 2 day free shipping is now more often than not ineligible for the items I purchase and the prime video changed their connection so now you have to scroll through all of their movies in no particular order to find something you actually want to watch. There used to be a lot of good shows and movies on it, they've removed a lot of them and you have to rent them now but the B movies and *** no one wants to watch is still on there. Amazon was doing so well for a while. They were anticipating our needs and growing in those areas. I don't know who is in charge of all the Prime stuff but they are seriously screwing it up and I'm about to cancel all of my membership here.

Lost a TV in Amazon world

I am a prime member and ordered a TV during Black Friday deal. It was supposed to come by Saturday 5th Dec 2015. They missed it and rescheduled it on Tuesday 8th Dec 2015. They missed it on this date as well. Now I don't know where it is and by when it will be delivered to me. I tried to contact them to their cust care during the day time. Yes I would. I'm in the process of looking for a "New" smartphone.

I've been researching on line for my choice. I was looking at the Indigi brand. I've never heard of them and that's how I stumbled on this very informative and helpful review. I will not be purchasing that brand or from Amazon.

I have never researched the seller, just the product. For that Amazon rep to be so flippant about the customers concerns is uncalled for. And shows that they need to be retrained on "Quality" customer service. When I chose "NEW" on Amazons selections for unlocked phones, refurbished models came up as well.

There are 2 things that Consumer Reports tells you to never buy refurbished, phones and pc's. Thank you for the truthful review of the phone and the sellers. Once again buyer beware. And shame on Amazon for not standing behind you.

We may be little fish in their big pond; but there are a lot of us little fish in that pond.

As long as we talk about our experiences; good or bad, it'll make a difference. Good luck in the future to you.

I am a licensed resaler and seller who is owed by amazon over $200.00. I took the time write a polite inquiry slash grievance and their auto reply was to say the least frustrating. I gave up. I USED to be seller (or at least I) could Confirm Shipment on a new order then after that, get a Transfer- and all of it, no holdbacks. For the last three months 'transfers' have been only trickling in. I sold a sewing machine. Its sage to make sure its shipped properly with a delivery confirm. So I chose UPS. $70.00 cost to me. That's fine, but amazon has not even paid me for the sale. I do NOT have this heartache with ebay. Ebay one of the bigger troubles is non paying bidders but ebay/paypal always comes 'thru for me. I did a search on amazon seller complaints not only for my own quasi assurance but to also assure other vendors they are not the only ones going without. I was very specific in my I need to Be Paid message to them but its seems a roundabout process. Sellers may want to actually call to speak to someone.
