Bought a oculus 2 quest. So works great or worked great. had it for like 2 months and was fantastic till the left controller stopped pairing.

Did all the troubleshooting. No physical damage to the unit. Just defective. Ater 4 straight hours of a massive amount of back and forth between amazon and occulus support , Amazon said they were willing to replace the unit but I have to ship it to them from SA out of my own pocket.

Simply wanted a replacement controller that wouldnt cost me a arm and a leg. Support was terrible. Kept passing me from person to person. Kept having to repeat everything.

Why am I paying out of pocket for defective under warranty products? NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL! Tried ALL their tips and tutorials on how to possibly fix it and now I cant use the headset at all.

Factory reset made it so that I cant log in without my left controller. So now I just have a piece of expensive plastic. Thanks guys.

User's recommendation: CHECK THE WARRANTY AND YOUR SUPPORT IN YOUR COUNTRY...THEIR SUPPORT SUCKS!

Monetary Loss: $504.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
