Amazon in Lorton, Virginia - Where I should fine my delivery

The delivery gay called me, from the outside call box. I let him in the building. He didn't bring my box to my door. Which he had the direction. He left my package in the mail room. I called Amazon too report this problem. They email me saying that I need to look behind the bushes and walk my hallways. Or ask my neighbors about my package. Why should I do all of that looking.

I have had very similar experiences lately, and God forbid that the package ships with carrier AMZL (because there is no end to greed). NO ACCOUNTABILITY, no real reason why that "guaranteed delivery" date means nothing....the list is endless.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! My laptop arrived dead on arrival.

I spent hours trying everything they suggested and it will not even start. Now I learn that my options are return it at my own expense and wait for them to repair it and send it back to me or return it at my own expense for a refund. Since I need a computer now, not two weeks from now, my only real option is to return it and buy another one from someone else. Since it is a $1000 computer, it will obviously not be cheap to ship.

It arrived in a laptop box in which the computer had foam ends holding it in place, and that box was inside a larger box with no padding at all.

I'm sure something shook loose in transit. It isn't right that I have to bear the cost of their mistake.

Amazon in Richmond, Virginia - Never received package

I ordered from Amazon. Package was supposedly delivered by LaserShip. Never received package. It's been a week since I 'received' the delivery. No word back from LaserShip. I have never had a package delivered fulfilled via LaserShip - but I never would in the future. I am just super confused - do they just keep everyone's packages? Why do corporations continue to ship through LaserShip. The shipment information says "signed by front door". That doesn't even make sense. Really my front door signed for the package?! I have contacted Amazon and they are being very helpful with the refund process. I don't know if going forward I should avoid LaserShip or all companies that agree to ship through them.

we purchased the kindle reader bundle by mistake,actually wanted Kindle fire,amazon agreed to a return & refund,we shipped it to them by ups,they received it on oct 19; Since then they have given us a partial refund for the case(part of the bundle) but nothing for the reader.they don't even aknowlege receiving it,even though their employee signed for it,since we,re talking about 99 dollars,we feel that the lack of customer service is atrocious for a company of this size,my advice for people who need to return something to Amazon,don't bother sell it on e-bay or craigslist,you'll do better.Their customer service consists of sending you to a page on their website,to another ,then back to where you were,then to another none of which are of any help. on the bright side the Kindle fire arrived and was charged for.

Amazon in Colonial Heights, Virginia - $20 Price Change

I had something in my cart, but I left my browser open on the checkout page so I could buy it when I got my paycheck the next day. Less than 24 hours later the price had increased from $20 to $40. I contact amazon to see if they would match the original price, they said no. I will never use this site again, the constant price increases are ridiculous. As a customer, I do not appreciate feeling rushed. The only reason I can think of is that Amazon most likely has proven data , from their vast amount of "check outs" that help miners predict spending habits. They fluctuate the prices based on the amount of times you have been on the page, most likely your internet history, credit score..etc. I am very angry and will never use amazon again.

I forgot to add that when I spoke to CS tonight, the 2nd lady I talked to changed HALF of my order so it would arrive on Friday instead of Monday, which is what it should have been. She told me that she "waived" the 1 day expedited shipping cost so I would get it on time. She made it seem like she was doing me a favor by getting half of my order here in time.

We have been paying for prime for over 4 years now and have spent thousands of dollars ordering off Amazon, ordering multiple times per month. Up until the last few days I have been pleasantly satisfied. Now I am disgusted with Amazon, their customer service, and their lack of appreciation of their loyal customers who spend a lot of money that they could be spending elsewhere. We have always loved getting free 2 day shipping and rarely had problems, until recently. While placing orders, it may say 2 day shipping is guaranteed, BUT! ONLY if you choose 1 day shipping at checkout and PAY extra to get it within the 2 days. Why should I have to pay extra to get my items in 2 days when I'm already paying $100+ per year to get 2 day shipping?! The order I placed today that said would be here on Friday, now says it will be here on Monday, 5 days later. I called customer service and spent over 40 minutes on the phone with them, 3 different people, and NONE of them seemed to care. I have placed 2 orders in the last 4 days and the only way to have gotten the 2 day shipping, like I always have in the past, was to pay extra. It's BS. It's fraud and false advertising. When I have had issues in the past (only a few times) I spoke with people in the US who I could understand without any issues, and they were very helpful and genuinely cared, and usually extended my membership by a month. I'm not asking for free handouts, I'm just asking to get a service I pay for and to be treated like a customer who is appreciated. I have ALWAYS recommended Amazon and spoken very highly of them. Until now. I will make sure that I will no longer recommend them to anyone, and when I do talk about Amazon, I will be warning people about their horrible practices as of lately. It's sad, Amazon. You really had a great thing going!! It's too bad that you outsourced too much and lost your compassion for customers.

I received my product today. The description says 100g of hair in each bundle. After weighing the hair the total of all 3 bundles came up to 153g, when it was suppose to be 300g. This is unacceptable. Misleading and incomplete item, the company is Human Hair Direct 100% Brazilian Remy Human Hair Extensions Extensions CURLY 3-Pack. I paid $42 for this item and received about $15 worth of product. Amazon should really check products by privayte labelers before filling the order. TERRIBLE! :(
