They act like they attempted delivery but actually dont even attempt and leave a note saying mailbox not big enough. And tell us to pick the boxes up ourselves. This is breach of contract and Amazon has no recourse for customers saying deal with the deliverer ourselves.

User's recommendation: Only order delivery via UPS.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I order from Amazon and Etsy and other companies and have never had a problem with USPS delivering packages that are too large for my mailbox. My mail carrier brings them to my front porch when they don't fit in my mailbox (I live in an HOA Community and the size was determined by the managing company) and they are in sets of two or four spaced between houses and only on one side of my court.

I'm lucky, my mailbox is by my driveway.

If you have a problem with USPS, you should notify your local post office that handles your mail and discuss it with the postmaster. Amazon has no control how USPS delivers mail.
