Amazon should not use USPS. Or UPS for that matter.

They faked an important delivery we were to get yesterday. Been on hold for an hour to correct it. Who knows? Gonna cost us 2x cost of product if we don’t get it ASAP.

I had another order that was supposed to be here Friday. Amazon tracking has no idea where it is. If I owned Amazon stock I’d sell it now. It is not prepared for growth and promises not kept and putting me in charge of dealing with its subcontractor is a bad business model.

2 day delivery use to work. Been more than 3 days or none last three shipments. Or no deliveries.

Which is where I am now. How can I *** directly to Amazon?

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $90.

Preferred solution: Deliver by 7/25 or if later pay me 90$ to get someone else to come in and screw in shower heads which I can do myself but I will have to hire out because it’s for a second home.
