I asked first if I could merge 2 accounts into a new one that I opened. Of course currently we can't!!!!
Thanks to our current technology! I guess Amazon is unable to merge different accounts into 1. Amazing when we hear that robots will do their current jobs. I guess it is too much to ask.
So let's have 3 accounts instead. Also this particular customer support was impatient and just wanted me to call later (in other word pass the problem to someone else).... You really need to train those "customer support agents" from oversea a lot better and tune down their condescending tone. I don't wont to cite the country but it is one with a large population.
There are a lot to be improved when you outsourced your employees. I was absolutely disgusted.
