Delivery drivers are non-uniformed, unqualified independent contractors. They are a poor representation of Amazon and should be in uniform.

Drivers are rude and pushy. Work in a first-floor office building and drivers always try to leave packages for 20 companies in one place. They are responsible for riding the elevators and delivering the packages to the appropriate floor and suite as shown on the package. Non-uniformed, independent contractors drivers are a security risk.

Amazon certainly makes enough of a profit to hire employees as delivery drivers.

I will not order from them in the future as a result of the poor delivery service. Amazon please fix this issue.

I just had the same experience with a rude and unprofessional contracted delivery individual. She actually said she was going to report my dog for 'attacking her' when my dog seriously walked right by her and licked the package.

She couldn't even speak proper grammar. Who do they hire???

Most of the delivery drivers are for their prime now service are independant contractors who deliver packages people order the same day. They have signage on their car. I think making them wear uniforms because its easier for you isn't worth it for Amazon or the idenpendent delivery people.
