Amazon - Unhappy about return process
I ordered a Futon Sofa that was not at all like the picture. I printed the return label and dragged this HUGE box to UPS.
The UPS store said to call Amazon to have the shipping label changed from UPS pick up to drop off. I spent an hour on hold and being transferred around with customer service only to be told that I had to drag this huge box back to my car, load it back in and drag it back into my house only to drag it back outside for UPS to pick up off of my porch.
It was my error thinking it had to go back to the UPS store ( I have never had a return picked up off of my porch) But the UPS clerk said Amazon changes those labels all of the time?
