I wanted my book I ordered, but you all were willing to take my money and not follow up with a solution. Had I not called three times, I would have never known.
Obviously, you all don't know enough about companies you do business with if they don't sell the product your customers are looking for. Obviously you all need customer service classes on how to follow up with your customers if something has gone wrong. As long as you steal money first and ask questions later, you have no care. You gave me no other choice but to get a refund because you have no alternative vendors who sell medical books.
But I have my bank following up on your refund with an investigation you return it.
They will call me when you replace it. How customer service should be.
