I have been charged for audible membership monthly for 2 years. I do not recall ever enrolling in it and the order history proves this.
I changed the card info and the charge still went thru. The bank had changed the card to a different card number and the charges still went thru and I didn't give audible the new number.
I called, chatted and emailed audible and they all say since my amazon account does not show an audible membership they can not help me. Does anyone know if there is a class action lawsuit against Amazon Audible for unauthorized charges or unauthorized membership to Amazon Audible?
