Hi, April 10, 2022
To Whom It May Concern.
I purchased this Beeman .177 PCP Air Pistol (2027), on April 5, 2022 and received it on Thursday April 7, 2022.
After removing the Air Pistol from the box, first thing I noticed was the metal part of the pistol was loose.
The screw securing top metal part of the Air Gun to the handle fall out and the metal part separated from the handle (see the pics). The reason for this is that the last couple of screw threads were stripped off, (its clearly visible in picture.) I try to tighten the screw back in place, but no luck.
The screw treads are stripped off.
The hexagon wrenches are not included, or are missing from this package.
Also, the tool needed to open and close bleed valve wasnt included in this package.
Furthermore, the degassing tool wasnt included with this package.
Even after all these problems, I was still trying to make this Air Gun work.
I connected the quick-connect to the fill probe, hooked up compressor and start inflation.
Nothing happened, then the air started to flow from the end part of the gun.
At this point I just gave up.
This two-part Air Gun is in such shambles, with all the missing parts, it's more than obvious this Air Gun never vent to quality control inspection.
This Air Gun is a return and you were trying to pass it as new one.
I would like to return this Beeman .177 PCP Air Pistol 2027, back to you.
Please provide return label.
Very dissatisfy customer
