Two items that were either stolen or not delivered I have not came in and Amazon won’t do anything to help me have a customer

I have a gate with a drop off box in front of my gate by the rd. I ordered a $1500 CUTCO knife set that should not have been delivered without signature and they said they delivered it with somebody the name of dog signing off on it I paid attention to the shipping dates they were one day off and the area is not as safe as it used to be so when it says signature I expect someone to sign for it we never got our package & was not reimbursed or sent a new set out Amazon is not helping I reached out to them multiple times regarding that and the new rock Jock that was stolen a month ago out front and never reserved and l havent been reimbursed or helped out for that either so these two items are a lot of money to not fight for
User's recommendation: It’s better to go in and by in person (Costco).
Monetary Loss: $2573.
Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
Amazon Pros: Have a big selection.
