Because of the way the invoice is formatted, it looked like I was charged the regular price instead of the sale price. On the invoice the regular price is listed by the picture of the item.
The Amazon rep was able to tell me that the difference of the sale price was subtracted from the regular price and I was charged the correct amt and I was able to see that on the right side of the invoice.
The second question was why I made three separate purchases on the same day from Amazon but the first one didnt go through and automatically went to another credit card on my acct. Why the first charge was declined and the next two orders went through puzzled me.
The Amazon rep explained that the bank declined the charge. Still puzzles me!
User's recommendation: Carefully review invoice.
