Apparently when I signed up for a Amazon card somehow I have two accounts now Ive made five attempts to talk to a rep the last rep was able to credit me $86.52 back to my visa visa debit but cannot resolve the issue of bringing back my main account to where I have a $21.12 credit plus getting the visa had a $60 sign up for a visa card promotion I dont know where that went Ive explained this to the service rep from Amazon and have gotten nowhere other than I did get my $86.52 can you help. Somebody would like to reach out to me I would greatly appreciate it and get this solved .

As you can see my last past history Ive started using Amazon but Im stopping due to nobody could really solve this issue.
