Amazon was 1st notified of broken TV delivered in June but it arrived later than scheduled installation &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; installer had to reschedule for late July. Installer opened the product & found TV had been damaged in delivery.

He installed/mounted it & noted the breakage & reported to Amazon.

Amazon emailed me to bring TV in to get a replacement. I wrote back to explain I was disabled & use a wheelchair & would not know how to take it off the wall (thats why I paid $125 to have you install it).
