I was trying to use that to return to replace a product that was delivered broken and it told me that this had to go through customer service when I clicked it it took me back to the same page to re-asked me the same questions to contact customer service did it three times never failed customer service through the app very frustrating I had to go to the Internet to look up customer service number . I finally got to talk to somebody and it was somebody that I could not understand because they were foreign.
That shouldnt be a problem but with somebody that has difficulty hearing it is a problem for me to understand somebody that doesnt talk English very well. That she was very helpful we got through the conversation but it took longer than what it should.
