Had my account locked after my card had already been charge. Dont get me wrong, it was me who made those purchases.

Here is the best part. First spent time trying to unlock it myself. I mean I spent days trying to unlock it. Since it was me who purchased it, I thought this would be a quick resolution.

Sike. Didnt work, not enough information they said, although all Information was provided clear as day. So I called customer service. They gave me the same speech is each.

Someone from our specialist department will contact you in 24hrs.

Or something like that. Three weeks later my account is still very much locked.

User's recommendation: If a store carrier what you want to order. Take the time and go by it at the store. I’m still like a small adventure.

Monetary Loss: $324.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Amazon Cons: It is taking way too long to resolve a simple issue, Runaround over and over, Customer service sucks.
