Amazon - They lied and stole money from me and did NOTHING about the situation

Advanced ReviewerHow much money does Amazon make? In the past I would order from them when they actually had customer service.
I noticed in an email about some kind of a gift card amount of $100.00 I could use at Amazon. This seemed like it wasn't legitimate to me AT ALL. What do I do? I contact the company, the person I speak with on the phone told me this is a new program and that I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED AND IF I WAS THEY WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT.
I wanted to believe him.
I check my account a few days later, guess what? Amazon charged me $100.00!!! The person on the phone lied to me!!! I was so upset!!
I had every reason to be upset.
I called and was just outraged that I was being charged this money when I was told I wouldn't be. NO ONE ON THE PHONE THAT WORKED FOR AMAZON WAS HELPFUL, NO ONE,
