I was on the phone for 5 hrs & I followed all instructions requested by John @ 725-800-**** phone number. He requested for a lot of my personnel information plus debit, credit cards information.
John promised that I would get my $400.00 dollars back plus compensation for been on the phone so long!
As of this morning I checked my bank account t & there is no money refunded as promised!,
I know feel this was a scam, and I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau for their information and hopefully follow up...
My call was regarding an email (copy attached below)
Received stating I purchased, and I watch series 6 (which I did not purchase) John stated my account was hacked and that he was going to help me clear my account plus that I had 16 hacks & that he needed the $400.00 Google Play gift cards to clear my account!
Which I know believe its a scam or spam call!!
User's recommendation: Don’t trust Amazon Customer Service number or call back.i believe its a scam!
