I pay for prime and placed 2 different orders in a week. Both stated next day delivery.
Neither came the next day as the are supposed to. I opened a chat with them and they told me I selected to do 2 day shipping even though I told them I didn’t and had screen shots of the order placed they argued with me. They said I needed to cancel and reorder my items to get it corrected. I called and asked to speak with a supervisor and they told me you are not allowed to speak to one.
What company won’t let you speak to a supervisor! I will not be renewing my prime membership and will not order from them again!
