The drivers that delivery our product never ring the bell or go to the floor they have to deliver the products. All they do is leave it in front of the mailbox.

I sent my mother a gift for Christmas and instead of going to the floor/ apartment she lives at they left it in front of the mailbox and then said they left it at a mail room. There is no mail room. Someone from the building she lives in stole the gift. I am really pissed.

You need to train your drivers to go and ring the bell and deliver peoples product.

Im tired of this *** its not the first time. I live in a house and they dont even ring my bell they just leave my products in front of my door and I am home.
