The order I place did not Shaw up now everything is clean out of my account with Amazon.
I feel like I been scammed. I ordered fake eyelashes that never came in and kept changing the date on the time Im supposed to receive it.
I just checked my account and see the order still sitting there for December 7 to receive the fake lashes. I chatted with customer service to get a refund I been asking Amazon customer service and the seller about these issues for weeks. I just chatted again with customer service they cannot find my order anymore more. I check I cannot find my order I checked my account my order is wiped out my previous orders are wiped out somebody cleaned out my whole account on my order.
The orders that Ive made in the past. I dont know whats going on over a week ago I chatted with customer service about the refund I was told that it would be taking care of. This morning before I chatted again about the same problem the order was setting there telling me I would get the lashes December 7.
Now everything is whipped out. I dont know whats going on.
Monetary Loss: $13.
Preferred solution: I want to know all the money I spend in Amazon why my ID is gone. My money back my account fix. Gift card for what I’m going through. I feel like I’ve been scammed from Amazon. .
Amazon Pros: Good products and some good prices, Amazon has a large variety of products to choose from.
Amazon Cons: Inability to reach a customer service agent, Charged for product never ordered or delivered.
