The employee that I spoke with spoke broken English on top of that she doesnt understand English very well either which makes me very irritated because I live in the United States of America I speak perfect English. My grandsons tablet which I purchased in November for Christmas for my grandson is having internal issues.

I was told that if anything happens to it within the year after purchase then he can get a brand new one. That would work out great if the employee and I couldve found where I purchased it from Amazon.

I still cant find it and I know dang well I bought it through yall because it came out of my bank account. So Im actually beyond pissed!!!!!
