Amazon - Cancel Prime Membership

I had a free month and I changed my membership to use my Colorado Medicaid card. I sent in the picture of it and it said I would have another free month while it processed. I was charged $12.99 today and so I am cancelling my membership.Please refund the $12.99 to my debit card! Thank you - Debra Moreno

the agent I spoke with Priya(?) was as helpful as she could be. I just find it interesting that Amazon has come up with a class called "Pantry Delivery" to charge a fee for. In this current climate of the corona virus, i'm sure your sales have gone through the roof, and yet you find a way to try and make more money? I just took off my "Pantry Delivery" items and I'll buy them elsewhere.

User's recommendation: don't buy anything in this "Pantry Delivery " area.

My package was stolen off my front porch and I gave amazon strick instructions to have my package signed my wife and it was just left on my front porch... But Ive made a complaint to amazon business and customer service department and they have looked into the matter and granted me a full refund and for that I really appreciate the customer service representative whose name is Brandon... He was very cool and professional, which is why Im a happy customer again and thanks amazon !!Like

If you have an Amazon account, go to "orders" and see if there is an order for that amount. If so and it is not yours, call the number on the back of the card and tell them you have a fraudulent transaction, etc. A credit card is much safer to use anytime, by the way.

Shawn Balkum delivers Amazon packages for this company. He refused to deliver packages to my building in Uptown Dallas, instead he left the packages at the front door and walked out. I just had the same experience with a rude and unprofessional contracted delivery individual. She actually said she was going to report my dog for 'attacking her' when my dog seriously walked right by her and licked the package.

Seriously!!???

She couldn't even speak proper grammar. Who do they hire???
