Amazon likes to tout their fast deliveries, but it "ain't" always so, especially since they farm out much of their deliveries to the USPS, not the most reliable delivery service.

Who actually was supposed to deliver the packages from Amazon? Most are given to a third party carrier like USPS, UPS, etc.

You can find out who is going to deliver it by clicking on the order and tracking information.

It will tell you how/who the deliverer is. You can complain to Amazon about the deliveries by clicking on the order and looking for the relevant buttons concerning the package and your satisfaction, etc.

I am buying all time online. I bought more that 3000 items from eBay and never had any problem. In Amazon I bought many items too and today I saw that all my reviews was erased. I am very disappointed because I lost my time for nothing. Amazon sent to me mails to ask for this reviews and after that erased all!!! This is disrespectful for buyers!

I just had the same experience with a rude and unprofessional contracted delivery individual. She actually said she was going to report my dog for 'attacking her' when my dog seriously walked right by her and licked the package.

Seriously!!???

She couldn't even speak proper grammar. Who do they hire???

This is my first time ordering from Amazon. Ordered a part for my wife's car. Seller (FU-Auto) sends the wrong part. As you can see from the picture below, there are no letters on the grill. The description says it's for a GTI and GLI. The one I received has GTI on it. Wasn't expecting it to have any letters. I started the return process. Seller offers me $8. EIGHT!!! Now I know what the *** stands for. Called Amazon b/c I don't know what's going on. I cannot understand a *** word the rep is saying. Also cannot hear what she's saying because of all the background noise AND she keeps breaking up for some reason. So far Amazon SUCKS!!! I emailed *** to try and understand if I understood him/her correctly. That was just a few minutes ago. I hope like *** they have better news for me.

Had a bad experience with Amazon - purchased an item advertised as private and then found it was transparent. Tried to return it but found difficulties with this given cost and lack of info on how to return. $95 lost! Gave up and it slipped my mind. Later I brought it up again when I faced another return issue and two supervisors were not helpful and the last said he would email me info on how to send a complaint and I did not receive the email. I even searched for the email they said they had sent for the initial return. Could not find that either! I feel I have been burned! And lost $95 and a lot of time!!!

My wife's bank card was charged for $107 for a prime membership she has never had a amazon account. I was just wondering how this was possible this was done on 10-03-2016. We called are bank and have had this charge reversed because this was done without our consent are knowledge. Don't understand who is behind all these transactions and i wish they get to the bittom of it.

I purchased an item and the price dropped by 56 dollars (about 25%) before the item arrived.I asked for a refund and was told it was to late they only refund on TV's. I was told I could return the item and purchase the item at the discounted price. this is NONSENSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY should i send it back and then order it again? just a lot of costs! they just don't give a *** about there customers and have customer service people from INDIA (just a guess) what also give a *** about customer service.
