Amazon in Arlington, Texas - Deceptive delivery and bad customer service

I am a prime member and I choose only what they fulfill..But I pay fees to deliver to the USVI ? I mistakenly bought my grandson and daughter some bandage supply's after a scooter wreck , thinking they would get it there better then my sending two day air with the USPS ....wrong guarantee four days with Amazon ... First I called 6 days out .. Seems vender had a buck price change so slowed it down ? Next went to calif to be mailed.. Huh..I'm in tex..should have gone Miami .. Then I get the usps label and checked it seems they didn't get pkg till 10th after ordered the 7th watched usps for a time and nothing ! Seems it's five days from when they get it... Called back told by nice girl.. Can't help..ask for a mgr...Charles came on line told me he would try recall pkg and if he can he will refund me only because medical supplies..huh... Then I go to store buy new supplies go to post office send more stuff... Well my pkg got there in three days.. Still no Amazon ..yesterday the 16th Amazon arrived .... I am out double cost ..and they gave me back the ten bucks shipping .... I will rethink prime in the future

Amazon in Arlington, Texas - Closing my account due to return merchandise

Hi, I have shopped with a lot. But this morning I suddenly received email from Amazon that they closed my account due to return merchandise, I have other Amazon accounts which all were closed. Its so ridiculous that they said because one of my account was closed, other accounts which were involving would be closed also. Im wondering if they took a look that I purchased a lot so I returned quite many, and when I requested a return, the system still allowed, how could I guess that it hits their policy ( honestly I have no idea what a limit of return merchandise ). Why didnt they state it at the first place or when I were processing the return than suddenly closed my account while I have one order is on the way and few returns are processing. Its like they took my money enough, now they trash me like they no longer need me as a customer so they dont care. I always raised Amazon as a nice place to shop although their merchandise often didnt come in very good condition, but I liked their flexible exchange/return policy so I thought I were in good hands and confidence to shop. But the things they did today against what they have claimed about a great place to shop. I shop around a lot, but only at Amazon, I was treated this wrong like Im guilty when returning merchandise. They should of improve their quality control center than blaming customer who return their smashed snack or broken bowls.

I would NOT recommend purchasing MP3 music from Amazon. Why? You may not receive the music at all or only part of the music you paid for. I purchased 5 MP3 items today. When I tried downloading them, I received only about 1/3 of the songs. I talked to customer service (in India, I presume since they're difficult to understand) twice and I could not get the problem resolved. The Amazon Music Download application program that Amazon wants everyone to install on their computer is the most worthless piece of software I've ever used. It won't show the status of the download or even if the songs have downloaded. So, end result? I also tried to download my music directly onto my computer without using the Amazon program. I was asked to authorize my device several times (a form of DRM?). I tried the authorization process and that also failed. My music is stored on the Amazon Cloud! Wow, just what I wanted. I paid for that music and guess what, Amazon still has the music I paid for on THEIR servers. I can't make a CD to listen to the music on another device. The only way I can access the music at all is to listen to it on the Cloud. I've downloaded music from many other sites and this is the worst music download experience I've ever encountered. Please save yourself a lot of grief and download your music from another site that doesn't require you to jump through all kinds of hoops just to get your music.
