long story short amazon ripped me off sold me days gone ps4 game that doesn't work when playing the game it freezes up and no sound they sent me out another game same thing so now I have 2 defected games I cant play when I called about asking to send me out a brand new game they got rude and nasty customer service was loud people screaming in the background said we refuse to help u anymore wow is that how u treat your customers so I filed a complaint with the BBB !!!!!

Amazon delivery drivers are contracted out. Amazon Does Not directly hire their delivery drivers.

Amazon won't let me post this review about my order from JHG Corp: If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered "The West" on June 29, 2019. It is now July 11,2019, and I still do not have this item. Amazon says that it is "lost." USPS says that they are waiting to receive it from a partner facility. What is going on? I am filing a complaint with Amazon. My local post master looked into the situation and said that the package was never received from the partner facility.

LOL... I love the people who want to speak to the "supervisor." You people think they're a magic person who will override the computer/policy for you.

Of course these people are going to tell you the same thing verbatim, that's the ruling and your insipid whining won't change that. Who knows why they cancelled the order, perhaps the seller was taking a bath on the price or ran out of product to sell.

At the end of the day, you are entitled to deek. Great on them for shutting your silly pie hole and hanging up in your face.

Item I first ordered with one-day shipping apparently did not exist or was lost in space. Amazon said that order was cancelled. So I ordered the same item again. Scheduled to be delivered almost a week from my first order. They are quick to take your money for items that don't exist or can't be delivered as promised.

Amazon likes to tout their fast deliveries, but it "ain't" always so, especially since they farm out much of their deliveries to the USPS, not the most reliable delivery service.

Who actually was supposed to deliver the packages from Amazon? Most are given to a third party carrier like USPS, UPS, etc.

You can find out who is going to deliver it by clicking on the order and tracking information.

It will tell you how/who the deliverer is. You can complain to Amazon about the deliveries by clicking on the order and looking for the relevant buttons concerning the package and your satisfaction, etc.
