Amazon - Eightball Lost Cd Review from Houston, Texas

I purchased a cd from Amazon. It was a 3disc cd compilation with the 3rd disc being the bonus cd. The artist is Eightball and the title is Lost . Upon finally opening the cd, there were only 2 disc in the case. The 3rd being non included. How do we go about rectifying this situation. I don't want to return my disc I just want what I ordered and paid for.

Good luck. Ordered a DVD for approx.

$26.00. It was a faulty DVD. After incredible jumping through hoops with forms and returns I got approx. $4.00 refunded and had to buy a new dvd.

There is TOO MUCH much lack of customer care and concern at Amazon.

Amazon is on a steep downhill slide. Too big for its own good.

First when I called her to tell her the shipment address just need to have a suite number added since the first person didn't do it correctly on August 17, 2015. Catherine E. asked me," well what do you want me to do about it?????????? " -Really your job! Then after I give her the suite number, she deletes the address and now just has a suite number but then I asked - "where is the address to shipped, it only shows zip code and suite number...She lied and was like it showing on her side, I told her it can't be because I’m looking on amazon's order page. I finally just asked her to put a manager on the phone she refuse for a few minutes and pretend to put a manager on the phone but it was obviously her. So I just hung up and called back again then this rude Catherine E. woman, CANCELS MY ORDER! For four hours I am transfer to different people and no one can replicate the order because it was a promotion. I call corporate office and took 5 calls just to get someone to enter the right address. Finally I realize it wasn't worth spending another minute ordering with amazon and I would never order again with them Never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!What a terrible experience, I almost cried BECAUSE I WAS SO STRESS LOST HALF A WORK DAY.The worst ordering experience ever! Amazon - Massage Chair Review from El Paso, Texas

I placed an order through Amazon for a portable massage chair. This was 5 days ago! It said it would be shipped out by Friday June 12th so it would arraive on time for father's day. It's Monday night June 15th and the chair hasn't been shipped. Father's day is a couple days away, I have no gift, I have sent 3 emails and they have not responded. I need my order shipped asap and I should have to pay for faster shipping. My card was charged for the full amount the next day of the order. I ordered other things from a different company that same day and I have received everything already.

Amazon review in Arlington, Texas: Closing my account due to return merchandise

Hi, I have shopped with Amazon.com a lot. But this morning I suddenly received email from Amazon that they closed my account due to return merchandise, I have other Amazon accounts which all were closed. Its so ridiculous that they said because one of my account was closed, other accounts which were involving would be closed also. Im wondering if they took a look that I purchased a lot so I returned quite many, and when I requested a return, the system still allowed, how could I guess that it hits their policy ( honestly I have no idea what a limit of return merchandise ). Why didnt they state it at the first place or when I were processing the return than suddenly closed my account while I have one order is on the way and few returns are processing. Its like they took my money enough, now they trash me like they no longer need me as a customer so they dont care. I always raised Amazon as a nice place to shop although their merchandise often didnt come in very good condition, but I liked their flexible exchange/return policy so I thought I were in good hands and confidence to shop. But the things they did today against what they have claimed about a great place to shop. I shop around a lot, but only at Amazon, I was treated this wrong like Im guilty when returning merchandise. They should of improve their quality control center than blaming customer who return their smashed snack or broken bowls.

Bought a new motherboard from Amazon fulfilled by antonline. The board was defective out of the box. made a claim with amazon and after 6-7 emails and calls they denied the claim and back the seller that we don't accept returns and I have to fix the board on my own expenses (with Gigabyte CS). Now not only I am out $150 for the board, i paid another $23 to ship it to CA so Gigabyte fix it and god knows what else I have to pay. My question is why a paying customer have to lose Time and Extra money on a new product? Lesson Learned: I will NEVER shop on Amazon EVER again!

NEVER USE AMAZON/CROOKS

Amazon has an A to Z policy, but they are more for the sellers. My lady purchased a robe form the gallery on there, it said free style with no measurements, when it was finally sent, they were in centimeters ,fine. If that is what they were. The robe was too small & collar all rolled when received & Amazon DID NOT make it right. If you want to order something, order it straight from China at D H Gate or Aliexpress, it will still take about the same amount of time,but you pay LESS and cut out the middle man Amazon, their prices are CRAZY & their site is very much filled with crooks. They are wholesale & make sure you look at their feedback & make sure it is 100% or very close. We even like e-Bay better(E-bay is GREAT) & will NEVER use Amazon again. Check the prices, this robe was 3 times as much as the same thing on Aliexpress & the sizes are showing. She found out later! Amazon supposedly offers free shipping with a purchase of $35.00, but it has to be from them,NOT their crooks that are on there. There was a couple of good sellers, but NEVER make a purchase from Amazon, they are too expensive & are full of crooks. The gallery is one of them, they even had items in which could be considered *** on there selling underwear. Please, check out other places & you will see, they charge way over the top & will NOT stand behind their A to Z policy. So, the robe is rendered USELESS & the Gallery & Amazon the 2 crooks got their MONEY. STEER CLEAR! Aliexpress even ships free & the gallery on top of charging more, then charged $8.49 for shipping & it took a very long time to receive. So, we will do our business else place & have left Amazon for GOOD! So to Amazon> Hooya up your nose!

I have been a prime customer and have had very good help. The company is one of the i may fine what ever I need. THANKS AMAZON. Had a Kindle crash and they replaced it and sent it overnight. They also send a prepaid package to send back. With the new Kendel some how over internet they sent my contact list over the internet. Now that is service. I use Amazon is go to place to buy or check out products I am interested in. Even when I connot find on the site i search the internet and most of the time i can copy and paste the item in to amazon's web site. Not all the time.

AVOID DOWNLOADING DIGITAL MUSIC FROM AMAZON

I would NOT recommend purchasing MP3 music from Amazon. Why? You may not receive the music at all or only part of the music you paid for. I purchased 5 MP3 items today. When I tried downloading them, I received only about 1/3 of the songs. I talked to customer service (in India, I presume since they're difficult to understand) twice and I could not get the problem resolved. The Amazon Music Download application program that Amazon wants everyone to install on their computer is the most worthless piece of software I've ever used. It won't show the status of the download or even if the songs have downloaded. So, end result? I also tried to download my music directly onto my computer without using the Amazon program. I was asked to authorize my device several times (a form of DRM?). I tried the authorization process and that also failed. My music is stored on the Amazon Cloud! Wow, just what I wanted. I paid for that music and guess what, Amazon still has the music I paid for on THEIR servers. I can't make a CD to listen to the music on another device. The only way I can access the music at all is to listen to it on the Cloud. I've downloaded music from many other sites and this is the worst music download experience I've ever encountered. Please save yourself a lot of grief and download your music from another site that doesn't require you to jump through all kinds of hoops just to get your music.
