Amazon - Terrible service
I ordered items (Leatherman and lens pen) for same day delivery on a Monday. I write this on the following Friday having burned far too much time with customer service reps who cannot help because the Amazon system is absolutely slanted towards the behemoth retailer.
In short, I have asked for a refund for 3 days only to be told the issue has been "escalated" and they can't issue a refund until they ship it and I return it. However, they really can't pinpoint a shipping date for me. An extremely circular situation that they have zero intentions of remedying.
I have been told it may take 3-5 days to correct the situation.
All this for something that was to be delivered the same day. I should have just used ebay or drug my lazy carcass to a brick and mortar.
Thanks Amazon!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $135.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
