During a 45 minute chat, I simply asked for their Customer Service phone number. They kept refusing to give it to me.
They finally gave it to me, but it was an INCORRECT PHONE NUMBER. I kept asking over and over again, to give me their phone number and they refused to even after I told them that they had typed a bogus phone number. So disappointed in them. Terrible Customer Service!
I spent $400 on chafing dishes for my friend and I was sent the wrong items. Much cheaper ones instead of the ones that I ordered. Then I missed the deadline by one day to return them as she has been in the hospital and didn't open them until today. Classic Bait and Switch.
We contacted the seller of course but have to wait 48 hours. I simply wanted to tell them what had occurred.
I knew I could find the number online, but I wanted to see how far they would go on a chat and NOT GIVE ME THEIR PHONE NUMBER. HOW CAN THEY DO THIS TO CUSTOMERS!
Monetary Loss: $350.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amazon Cons: No ability to contact customer service.
