I purchased a set of dvds from a 3rd party seller. I did not realize when i purchased them they were for region 2 and would not work on my dvd player.

I contacted seller and was advised to send them back for a refund. When they got them back i was told they could not issue a refund because the item was not shrink wrapped when it was returned they also would not return the item. I contacted amazon to complain about this company and all i got from amazon is that i should have know thst it said region 2. All i wanted was either my moneyy back or the dvds back.

Why should that company profit twice and i am left with nothing. Amazon does not protect their customers from fraud and theft by 3rd party sellers.

I will no longer do business with Amazon. They lost a loyal long term customer for $18
