Amazon - Talking to Customer service reps from other countries
Most Always I get reps that do not understand or try to understand what you are saying in English.As soon as you ask for a customer service rep in the USA they gladly transfer you.
Sometimes when you get foreign reps in this or any company and get them off of their scripts they don't understand, sometimes wait for you to hang up or put you on indefinite hold or just plain hang up on you! Almost always told there is no supervisor or manager to speak to or if your phone number is taken for a callback, you never receive one!
Companies don't realize how much business they are loosing when we get fed up and don't know they can ask for a US rep or there aren't any!Rarely order online.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
I didn't like: Foreign csr who do not understand what you are asking.
