Most Always I get reps that do not understand or try to understand what you are saying in English.As soon as you ask for a customer service rep in the USA they gladly transfer you.

Sometimes when you get foreign reps in this or any company and get them off of their scripts they don't understand, sometimes wait for you to hang up or put you on indefinite hold or just plain hang up on you! Almost always told there is no supervisor or manager to speak to or if your phone number is taken for a callback, you never receive one!

Companies don't realize how much business they are loosing when we get fed up and don't know they can ask for a US rep or there aren't any!Rarely order online.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

I didn't like: Foreign csr who do not understand what you are asking.

A lot of companies make money by outsourcing their call center services to people in foreign countries. So half the time, you cannot understand the person you're talking to due to their thick accent. Very frustrating.

Banks are doing the same. People need to be able to effectively communicate with the customer. That is where they make their money is from us buying stuff.
