New ReviewerI was 'checking the details' of a tooth whitening system that was giving a 'free sample'. 3/4 of the way through it turned out it wasn't quite 'FREE'.
I exited the site without completing or submitting the form.
Imagine my surprise when not only did I receive the "free sample" but they had charged my gift card for the full price of the 'subscription' for their product.
In trying to get a refund (which I got *** over on by Amazon) I asked if they could put the refund on my pay card &;;;;;;; was asked for the card number. NEVER GOT MY MONEY.
And AMAZON preceded to bill me for a PRIME SUBSCRIPTION that I never approved. Could never figure out wth was going on with my money until one day when I called for a balance before going to the grocery. They were timing the automatic payments so that they fell between the limits of 'last 10 transactions made"
They stole between $600/$700 total from me
Monetary Loss: $800.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Amazon Pros: Selection.
Amazon Cons: I am not the only one you have done this to in my communitu.
