I made an account with my phone number I barely received my Amazon Secura card and I wanted to make a few purchase using my card and when I did make a purchase and having the item sent to my address that I have with you guys and also paid using my Amazon secure card and you guys lock me out I say thats pretty smart of you guys like really but anyways I contact customer service they asked me to send document of my address showing the same address To the card that I used to pay and so I did I sent it to the email that Amazon customer service told me to send it to along with a document and was told that somebody will reach out to me within 24 hours or less and now Ive been over three days past 72 hours and still waiting for my account be alive nobody has reached out to me my account is still locked and I still cant order nothing way to to go Amazon

User's recommendation: If you like being locked out of your own account just because you make a purchase then go ahead shop on Amazon proof of.

Monetary Loss: $100000.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Amazon Pros: You have a lot to sell.

Amazon Cons: Untrained dishonest employees, Ignores customer complaints, Customer service is god awful, No answer.
