Ordered a watch and loved it, but in a month it stopped working so I sent it back. Talk to 2 CSR'S that said I didn't need to send it back and that I would be refunded in 48-72 hours with a gift card number through my email.

Then I got a call saying I did have to send it back, so I did. Now they have had the watch since the 8th of June but I still haven't received a refund. I have talked to them several times and they told me it is up to the claims dept. to issue the refund.

I asked for the claims dept. phone number and they told me that they only make outbound calls.

So in other words I will get my refund when they feel like sending it. WTF!!!!!

Reason of review: no refund yet..

Monetary Loss: $18.
