We received a very large, heavy package that we did not order. I called same day (which was difficult finding a way to speak to an actual person) to inform them of the wrong delivery.

I was told to wait it out for the remainder of the day to see if the delivery driver figured out what happened. Did that. The representative told me she would continue to watch the activity and get back to me. She did not follow up.

I have tried multiple times to let Amazon know we have a package we did not order. But have not been able to speak to someone who can help. This has been over a week now. Meanwhile, we still have a product we did not order.

Trying to do the right thing, but its not been easy.

BtW, we also have a package that was delivered here for a previous resident. I am not sure what to do with it either.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
