Why do you guys keep charging me for Amazon prime? If you record all conversations then you'll know that I talked to someone months ago about this and they said it was handled because I never initially even signed up for Amazon prime.
I haven't even used Amazon in quite a while. I go onto my online bank and there's a 13 dollar charge being taken out by Amazon prime, who knows how many months yall been doing this for. I want all of my damn money returned asap. This is officially a serious matter and im not playing games with you guys anymore.
My lawyer is aware of the situation and if my money is not back in my account there will be legal action taken. I dont order from you guys at all anymore strictly because of these type of problems happening all the time.
