Amazon continuously shows delivery dates that they know, that they can't keep. This is the second time this month.
I ordered on Tuesday, April 23 and chose 2-day shipping. Today, the status on their website is: Arriving today by 8 PM. When I speak to Amazon, they say it won't arrive today and they can't provide a date when it will arrive. They say, all dates are estimates and that I should read their policies.
That just doesn't seem right -- they advertise a delivery date, which I use to make purchasing decision -- then their website/system tells me it will be delivered tomorrow, so I take the day off (because a signature is required).
Today, it shows it will arrive by 8 PM, but they know it will not arrive today. It seems really shady.
