Im very disappointed with the Amazon customer service and the unprofessionalism they show to their customers

I placed an order on Apr 15, 2020 Order # 113-415****-908****

for the items:

Jatidne 100 Pieces Cake Pop Sticks Lollipop Sticks with Lollipop Bags Ties and Cupcake Wrappers for Lollipop Making Party Favours

and

CK Products Isomalt Crystals Bulk, 5 Pound

The items were marked as delivered on April 23rd.

I never received the items and had never been informed of the delivery.

On April 28th luckily I remembered I ordered the items but never received them.

I called the Amazon customer services department asked why I didnt receive the items,

and the representative just told me that they didnt know anything and just told me it had been delivered, and then they hung up the phone.

I called again and another representative told me it was marked as delivered, and if I didnt receive it, I was to contact UPS.

I called UPS and they provided me with all of the information.

The items were never delivered to me. The package was damaged and the items were shipped back to the sender.

Amazon hadnt even informed me about this issue and didnt even return my money.

Im wondering if amazon would still have had my money if I hadnt remembered about this order. Amazon wouldve never issued the refund if I had not done my own investigation.

Amazon will mark my account as the buyer didnt receive the item, even if it is shown as delivered.

How many people lose their money if they forget about the order ? How much money did Amazon steal from their buyers?

Why do I pay to be a prime member if I dont receive any special treatment?

What are they charging me for?

Why do I have to spend more than 2 hours on the phone with Amazon to resolve the problem when I can spend time with my family and spend time taking care of myself? I mean, if Im paying to be a prime member, then cant they solve this problem themselves?

I placed an order for another item WYD Coral Sugar Crystal Column Mold Ice Snow Icicle Iceberg Molds DIY Chocolate Silicone Mould on April 15, 2020 and the delivery day was April 28, 2020

Now it has been changed to an unknown date

Is this the way a prime member should be treated?

Is this what Amazon is charging money for being a prime member for?

I spoke with Terry L a supervisor in Amazon, today on April 28,2020, about all of my issues ( please check the recording conversation between 4-5pm MT) . He even didnt apologize and only offered me measly $5 as a compensation for the inconvenience.

Is this how they train representatives to treat a prime member customer?

Dont even mention the Taft items I needed for my work, and if I had known that it would be delayed, then my work would have been done.

Now I have to think twice before I place an order on amazon.

Id appreciate a comment from the Amazon relationship management team.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Amazon Cons: Unacceptable.
