Amazon - Scammed by third party company

support@***.com advertised on FB in such a manner to present the appearance the seller was Amazon. Order copy I was sent listed :ORDER SUMMARY " 2025 Amazon Warehouse Return Pallets" "Super Giant Box...Best Seller".
I was charged$131.98. for 2 Giant Boxes. Box #1 arrived and contained 4 tiny off-brand items of little or no value. Box #2 has never arrived.
Upon questioning amzpallets I was told frequently multiple boxes were packaged together to reduce cost... so according to amzpallets my 2 boxes contained 2 minor items. Scam. I have reported to US AG...will report to Missouri AG...
and will contact the local NBC affiliate to do a scam investigation. All reflecting on Amazon which is unfair.

I’m sure Amazon would welcome a news story exposing a scam by someone misrepresenting them.
