In 2021 i had purchased 2 Samsung Galaxy pro buds from urbanX usa one pair i returned under the purple (lavender) samsung galaxy pros by mistake because those silver ones weren't working...

I had the same issue with the lavender ones as well.. I contacted UrbanX usa last week and let them know the situation and they told me they were sorry for the trouble and theyd give me a label to send them back and theyd send me a refund as soon i told them i sent them in the united States post office.

On December 31st 2021 i did such.

I contacted UrbanX usa again to inform them i sent the lavender Samsung Galaxy pro ear buds in the USPS with the tracking information.

On January 1 2022 they contacted me to inform me that they sent my refund and that i would receive the refund with in 2 to 3 working days...

Yesterday January 6 2022 would the 4th day....

If i could i would show the conversation between me and the 3rd party..

I contacted UrbanX usa this morning to see about the refund they told me to contact amazon first.. Which i did and when i have explained the whole situation multiple times to 2 different people they acted like i said nothing and was frustrating because how many times does a person have yo explain what happened between July and now???

When i was explaining to the 2nd person i kindly asked them if they didnt believe a word i said to contact UrbanX usa and ask them if i had made a return with them last week,, the person ended the conversation with no resolution to me seeing if my refund came through amazon first or as a credit to my account or anything...

Monetary Loss: $88.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
