Conflicting answers and no solutions

I bought an Amazon gift card from a grocery store for $300 at some point someone copied the information off the card and I froze the account before the money was spent but since it was redeemed or linked to another account they couldn't access it because i didn't buy the card directly from them and to contact the grocery store and they told me to contact a customer service supervisor and he informed me the wrong forms were filled and he did the correct form and im supposed to wait one to two business days but I got an email not sure from who I've been up all night taking ti multiple employees trying to figure this out but im being told the money was gone or the card was already used. I'm getting conflicting answers from these people; i have the card and the receipt and I took pictures and verbally gave them the numbers on it whats this going to take to get my money if they didn't mess up and its gone?
