Charged twice

We are associated with our daughters Amazon Acct and during the holiday season, her card was charged a total of $163.96 for purchases she made. That same card cycle, we were also charged that same amount, however, these purchases were not ours.

We were temporarily credited this amount by our bank, and you agreed that this total was our daughters, not ours. But then our bank came back and said this dispute was not in our favor and charged our card again. This total was already paid to you, by our daughters card.

Why would you look to charge this total again?? I am hoping this week this matter will be resolved, as it should be by payment you received end of 2023 cycle.

User's recommendation: Keep an eye on credit card statement. I keep all of my emails of my purchases so we know what we charged and what we didn't.

One of my eturned items not received by Amazon.

Hello, i hope this message will get to you in time. I tried many days to get in contact with customer service, which wasn't possible.

I found this email address and hope this will reach you.

I received a message that one of the returned items wasn't received by amazon. I always order a lot from Amazon and my returns are also always correct, which is easy to check. So was this one.

The item is a small bag of newing nails. I did sent it back together with a pack of wooden dowels.

Maybeit was missed during unpacking. It is small.

User's recommendation: It is nearly impossible to get connected with Amazon customer support. Luckily I found the pissedconsumer.com website to get thru. I received a confirmationfrom Amazon that my message is forwarded to a mobile site. No results of resolving the issue yet..

Tired of delivering it to the wrong area

I've lived on my property for over 2 yrs and they 85% of the time deliver it to the garage verses the houses where in comments says to deliver to house on hill.

Customer Service is exceptional delivery reliability is subpar

Delivery delivery driver failed to knock on the door for me to sign it for a package. I saw him pull in was unable to get to the door and catch him, but he never attempted to knock on the door. He just dropped another package for someone else.

I cancelled the order as it was not delivered on time.

Not delivered on time. Needed this item for medical reason.

On February 27 I was informed I would have to have eye surgery on March 1 and my recovery instructions was laying, sleeping and walking face down for 5 days.

I was told that having a massage table was helpful in this situation. I got on Amazon and the reason I picked this item as it was to be delivered on the day of my surgery.

On the evening of March 1, late in the day I received message that my order would be delivered on March 7th. I contacted Amazon and told them if it couldn't be delivered the next day Fed ex then to cancel my order.

A few days ago, someone purchased some products from my account, so I spent a few days getting a customer service phone number from the Amazon website. Because it is hard to contact them from Q&A for me. but I couldn't find number, and I managed to find it from other sites. I called the number and that customer service the parson was very kind and helpful.

Lost account

So this issue has gone on now for 3 weeks. Someone was able to *** my account. Change my name email and phone number.

I have had an account for decades. I have Alexiss throughout my house. Turning lights off and on and security. I have Amazon show which contains all of my recipes and other information Ive stored I have Audible through Amazon. I have no access to my books. I have no access to my account.

I have been on the phone with Amazon customer service for three weeks. Last person was a supervisor on Monday. She said she would work on it and get back to me. It is now Thursday Ive heard nothing I dont know why and what is going on but I need my account back and somebody needs to help me.

I cant stress how stressful this has been on me. Ive canceled credit cards attached to my account.

I cant understand why its taking so long and why nobody even reaches out to let me know theyre working on it. Please I need help from someone that will return calls or emails or text.

Problem using EBT
