Amazon - I received an item that I did not order and cannot speak to anyone on how to send it back.

I tried to chat with Amazon, but chat person sent me to tech service, and they wanted me to pay for the service. I did not need tech support. Their chat service sucks!

User's recommendation: Get a phone number for customer service. I like to speak to a person.

Amazon allowed fraudulent charges on my work corporate card. Then will not respond to emails or will take any calls. What terrible service.

Amazon prime not working properly

So my issue is that I've been paying for Prime for quite some time now and recently discovered that for the past few months I've noticed that prime is really not prime. What I mean by that is that my wife and I live in the same house and when I look for things that are on prime it gives me dates for a week out like regular mail. My wife looks up the same items (we tried it more than 5 times) and it gives her one-day options when I live in the same house. I started to notice when she would get her packages way faster. I do not get an option it's always a week later minimum.

I called told them amazon delivered product to wrong address explained they put on wrong door..they said order it wont happen again...IT DID EXACT SAME wrong place we live 2cd floor..they dropped off on a ground floor. TTHIS SUCKS CAN I NOT GET THINGS DELIVED TO ME NOT MY NEIGHBOR..THEN NOT TAKE CALLS ANYMORE..YOU SUCK.

Amazon - My account is a mess???

They cancelled my order and said that my account didn't have enough information to continue the order, yet I was charged for just about everything that I was planning on purchased. So my account is locked out I was charged for these purchases and I have no confirmation that anything has been shipped. Whenever I call the customer service line it keeps you off and says it's not open. It's ironic they didn't have enough information for me to continue my purchases, yet they charged me for my purchases.... Hundreds of dollars.

User's recommendation: Be careful or wait for their customer service line to reopen before purchasing so you can get any issues resolved.

I opened a chat because the remote on one of my Fire Sticks was not working. Long story short after an hour he offered to sell me new kit for the special price of $29.99. I told them that was unacceptable and I wanted a refund or replacement. I got switched to another person who tells me to hang on while he reviews the chat and starts off with the same thing that we started with 1 hour before. I told him i was done and disconnected. You would think a company that was worth 1 Trillion dollars would trat their customers better

Ordered product through Amazon on April 22, 2020. Have not received it. Amazon used seller# Romance8. Called Amazon and they disconnect. Regarding Amazon order #: 113-0341416-3477877 I believe Romance8 is a scam seller on Amazon.
